Full Service Option
$8.00 Per Sundae
(75 Person Minimum)
Comes with a 2 scoop sundae for each guest, your choice of ice cream flavors, our collection of toppings & our server to come and scoop at your event.
Sundae Drop Off Option
$6.00 Per Sundae
(75 Person Minimum)
We will pre pack individual cups of ice cream for your event and give you toppings on the side so everyone can make their own sundaes at their convenience.

What happens to the left over ice cream with the Full Service Option?We take it back with us. We bring extra ice cream to give you a variety of flavors and just in case you have a larger crowd than expected.

What happens if there are more people at our event than we anticipated?We will check with the event organizer before serving more servings than paid for and if approved to serve more, we have a fee of $9.00/serving for all servings scooped after the initial order number.

How long do you scoop for?We typically stay at events for 1.5 - 2 hours depending on the size of event.

How far in advance to you arrive to set up?Typically 30 minutes prior to serving start time depending on a few different factors.

How many flavors can I have?For parties of 75-125 You may choose up to 4 different flavors For parties of 125+ You may choose up to 6 different flavors

How do I pay?-You can either pay by cash or check when we come out to your event or by credit card ahead of time through our online system.

How do I book an event?-Please submit a catering inquiry through our website and someone will get back to you about how to book your event. We do not require any complicated contracts or terms or anything like that. We try to make things as easy as possible for you.

What type of events do you cater?-Anything and everything! There is no event that doesn’t want ice cream. If you are unsure if this is right for you reach out to us and ask, we would love to help!

Do you have a minimum?Our minimum is 75 people but could vary depending on the location of the event.

What size events do you cater?-Nothing smaller than 50 but anything up to 10,000. There is no party too large for us to handle!
